About me
I'm Corina Stupu Thomas.I'm an author, artist and creativity advocate with a background in engineering, publishing, international project management and behaviour change.Originally from Bucharest, Romania, my career has taken me from engineering and publishing to international events, public communication and creative practice. Along the way, one thread has remained constant: a fascination with people, stories and the ways creativity helps us make sense of our lives.Today, I bring those experiences together through books, artwork, writing, workshops and thoughtful conversations. My work invites people to slow down, reflect, reconnect with their creativity and discover new perspectives—without pressure or perfection.Whether I'm creating a workbook, writing an essay, painting, speaking at an event or developing community projects, my hope is always the same: to create spaces where curiosity, honesty and creativity can flourish.Stories. Creativity. Conversation. Community.
Professional background
Experience, perspective & approachI believe that the best work grows from a combination of professional knowledge, lived experience and genuine curiosity about people.
My career has taken me from engineering and publishing to international project management, behaviour change campaigns, creativity, writing and therapeutic practice. Although these fields may seem very different, they have all centred on one thing: helping people communicate more clearly, think differently and navigate change with greater confidence.
Today, I bring these experiences together through books, artwork, writing, workshops, creative conversations and community projects.🌿 Professional backgroundOver the years I have worked in engineering, publishing, marketing, behaviour change, international project management and therapeutic support.
My work has included leading international projects, developing communication campaigns, supporting individuals through periods of uncertainty, and creating spaces where creativity becomes a practical tool for reflection and personal growth.
Rather than seeing creativity and practical thinking as opposites, I see them as natural partners.🌿 Qualifications & professional developmentDiploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (Solution-Focused)
Personal Performance & Confidence Coaching
Intentional Creativity® Practitioner
Continuous professional development in creativity, communication, behaviour change and emotional wellbeing🌿 My approachWhether I'm writing, facilitating a workshop or having a one-to-one conversation, I aim to create an atmosphere that is:• Thoughtful and grounded
• Practical and solution-focused
• Respectful of each person's unique experience
• Curious rather than judgmental
• Creative where creativity can genuinely help
• Honest, calm and encouragingI don't believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. I believe in thoughtful conversations, practical ideas and creating space for people to discover their own next steps.🌿Beyond one-to-one workToday my work extends beyond individual conversations.
Alongside one-to-one sessions, I write books, create artwork, publish essays on Substack, develop creative resources, speak at events and enjoy collaborating with charities and community organisations on projects that encourage creativity, wellbeing and meaningful conversation.
Everything I create is connected by the same belief:
Stories have the power to change how we understand ourselves and one another.Connect📚 Books
